The Reading Property Meet is a friendly, independent property networking event which has grown from a handful of attendees to over 40 per month!
We meet on the last Thursday of every month at the Thames Lido. The atmosphere in the room is infectious! With renowned guest speakers, a pre-networking deal clinic with Adam and lots of opportunity and time to network. You will get to meet fellow property professionals, with all levels of experience, who are only too happy to give you the benefit of their experiences – both good and bad!
The evening is hosted by Adam Vickers and Karen Stanbridge. They love networking and talking about property with both new and seasoned property people alike. Each month there will be guest speakers from the world of property and the professionals who work alongside them to offer people a chance to learn from their experiences.

About the speaker
Dave Hartnett is the founder and CEO of Mountbatten Estates Group, with experience spanning property development, investment, construction and education.
He has built a development business with a pipeline covering commercial-to-residential projects, new builds, planning opportunities and joint ventures, with a strong focus on sourcing opportunities away from the traditional open market.
Dave's direct-to-vendor acquisition system has also been adopted by more than 260 developers looking to build their own off-market pipelines.
At Reading Property Meet, he'll share how these opportunities are identified, approached, structured and funded, alongside the lessons he's learnt from building his own development pipeline.
